SHIPPING POLICY
We use std ground shipping via USPS, UPS, and FED EX providers. Overnight, same-day, and next-day expedites are also available by request. Sometimes gifts need a quick turnaround and we can accomodate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer 15-day returns on non-custom products. Custom products may not be returned. If there are issues with the quality of your product or you have questions we are happy to assist in answering them and getting you a new replacement free of charge (exceptions permitting). We want to make sure you are happy with all end products and will make it right.
